About The Position

Anderson Clinic Physical Therapy is currently seeking a PRN Licensed Physical Therapist to serve in their Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinics. The role involves providing efficient, quality-oriented physical therapy patient care through an individualized program, including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, a home exercise program, education, and communication to maximize the patient's progress toward achieving functional goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate superior clinical outcomes, patient customer satisfaction, and efficient management operations. They must be able to be mentored and receptive to training processes, and create and maintain an environment consistent with the company’s values and objectives. The role requires conveying a professional image and attitude, knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements, and the ability to identify and implement components of the physical therapy process. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, along with a working knowledge and ability to apply professional standards of practice. The position also requires strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills, the ability to make independent decisions, and working knowledge of personal computer and software applications. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and potential drug screen. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Doctoral and/or master’s degree in physical therapy as evidenced by a college diploma.
  • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia.
  • Experience in Outpatient and/or Private Practice Physical Therapy.
  • Full understanding of State Practice Act(s) and Compliance in the state(s) assigned.
  • Ability to pass background check and potential drug screen.
