Requirements

Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
Current, unrestricted PT license in Indiana
At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
Willingness and ability to travel within the Muncie coverage area
Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and required auto insurance
Comfortable with lifting 50–100 lbs, transfers, and full‑range body movement
Ability to travel up to 50% as needed for PRN assignments

Responsibilities

Champion Elara Caring’s mission, philosophy, and standards of care
Deliver direct, high-quality patient care in the Muncie, IN area
Perform thorough assessments, evaluate functional needs, and adjust care plans for best outcomes
Create and implement personalized plans of care
Collaborate with the care team and guide support staff
Document evaluations, treatment goals, and progress accurately and efficiently
Serve as a clinical leader and resource in physical therapy
Thrive in a physically demanding, dynamic environment
Travel within your coverage area and work flexible PRN hours
