About The Position
This is a full-time, 100% FTE position for a Physical Therapist within the UW Health Home Health department in northern Illinois. The role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services. The work schedule includes day/evening shifts, Sunday through Saturday, from 0800 to 1700. Additional compensation may be available for evening, night, and weekend shifts, as well as overtime and on-call duties. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation).
- Current license from the State of Illinois.
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
- Must possess a current, valid driver’s license issued by the individual’s state of residence.
- Must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided.
