About The Position

Recovia is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their fully integrated multi-disciplinary outpatient clinic serving the Greater Phoenix area. This role offers a balanced caseload, strong team support, and opportunities for career growth within a PT-owned practice. The clinic emphasizes helping patients return to the activities they love through education on pain science, nutrition, and injury prevention, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Arizona Physical Therapist License (or eligibility)
• New Grad Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide high-quality outpatient Physical Therapy care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Educate patients on pain science, nutrition, and injury prevention
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
