About The Position
NovaCare Baltimore is seeking a Physical Therapist for their outpatient clinic located at the Merritt DAC in Mount Vernon. This role serves a diverse patient population, from teens to geriatrics, in a collaborative and supportive environment. New graduate physical therapists are encouraged to apply, with a structured, onsite mentorship program available. The primary caseload will be in orthopedics, with opportunities to expand skill sets and explore additional specialties. Experienced clinicians interested in professional growth can be considered for leadership roles. Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certification

Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
