About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to provide one-on-one, in-home care throughout Union County. This per diem opportunity offers flexibility, allowing you to choose the visits that work for you without minimums or pressure. You will provide skilled therapy focused on patient goals and independence, perform evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and educate patients and families. The role involves completing simple, efficient electronic documentation and offers supportive leadership and clinical resources.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in New Jersey
- Graduation from an accredited PT program
- Passion for patient-centered, in-home care
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Responsibilities
