Concept Rehab is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Lake Orion, MI. This is a great opportunity for a PT who enjoys making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients while working alongside a supportive rehabilitation team.
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of Michigan
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled physical therapy services based on patient needs and goals
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and caregivers on appropriate exercises and techniques
- Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, function, and independence
