About The Position
Concept Rehab is looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Brighton, MI. This is a full-time opportunity for a PT who enjoys making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients while working alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Michigan
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Document patient progress accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on appropriate therapeutic techniques
