About The Position

Interface Rehab, Inc. is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide rehabilitation services in California. Opportunities are available in post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics, with full-time, part-time, per-diem, and select travel schedules. Flexible scheduling is available, with shifts of up to 40 hours per week. The position involves providing patient care, helping develop and carry out personalized treatment plans, collaborating with care teams, documenting progress, and supporting patients’ rehabilitation and wellness goals.

Requirements

• Hold an active Physical Therapist license in California or be able to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy care to patients across various settings.
• Assist in evaluating patients and implementing personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness.
