Requirements

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and patients to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy services focused on improving strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.
• Partner with nursing staff, therapy colleagues, physicians, and families to support successful outcomes.
• Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and ongoing recovery goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all professional standards and regulations.
