About The Position
This position is for a Physical Therapist at ProHealth Care's Mukwonago Hospital, working 0.7 FTE. The role involves evaluating individuals for physical therapy services, establishing diagnoses, prognoses, and treatment plans, and re-assessing the effects of treatment. The Physical Therapist will also collaborate with others in care delivery and supervise physical therapist assistants and aides.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher.
- Current State of WI Physical Therapist licensure.
- Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of related therapy experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluates individuals referred for physical therapy services.
- Establishes a physical therapy diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of treatment.
- Re-assesses the ongoing effects of treatment.
- Collaborates with and provides consultation to others in care delivery.
- Supervises physical therapist assistants and aides.
