About The Position
H2 Health Prime Living provides 1:1 patient care in luxury Senior Living communities in The Villages. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, offering a supportive environment for career growth and making a difference. As a Physical Therapist, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create personalized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, and sports-related conditions in an outpatient setting. The role involves evaluating and treating patients to restore function and enhance quality of life, accurately documenting progress using EMR, and contributing to a positive clinic environment.
Requirements
- Must have a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- An active or eligible state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- New graduates are welcome.
- Outpatient experience is a plus, but we value passion and a commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities
