About The Position
Transitions Healthcare, LLC is currently seeking a PRN Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to provide coverage to 3 facilities in the Central Pennsylvania Region. The right candidate for this opportunity will have the willingness and ability to travel between Chambersburg, Gettysburg, and Duncannon. Requirements
- Physical Therapist (PT) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in good standing.
- Willing to travel to multiple facilities as needed
Responsibilities
- Responsible for screening, evaluating, and treatment of residents needing services.
- Implement treatment plans through direct treatment and education of treatment staff.
- Evaluates results of therapy.
- Complete discharge planning.
