About The Position

This is a full-time Physical Therapist position in Outpatient Rehabilitation, specializing in Sports and Musculoskeletal care. The role involves providing comprehensive patient care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and direct patient treatment. The Physical Therapist will also supervise support staff, maintain accurate documentation, meet productivity standards, and participate in process improvement initiatives. Effective communication with patients, physicians, and staff is essential, as is demonstrating age-specific knowledge and skills. The position is part of Advocate Health, a large, integrated health system recognized for its expertise in rehabilitation and musculoskeletal programs.

Requirements

B.S., M.S., or D.P.T degree from accredited physical therapy school.
Previous hospital experience preferred.
Current licensure in the state of applicable state.
CPR certification in Basic Life Support, Level C.
