About The Position

Brookside Physical Therapy is seeking motivated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapists, including those with an interest or experience in Pelvic Health/Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation, to join their growing team in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The company emphasizes outstanding patient outcomes starting with exceptional clinicians and offers an environment for professional growth and making a meaningful difference in patients' lives. They are expanding their Women's Health and Pelvic Health Program and are looking for clinicians with experience or a strong interest in areas such as Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation, Women's Health Physical Therapy, Pregnancy and Postpartum Care, Pelvic Pain Management, Urinary and Fecal Incontinence, Post-surgical Pelvic Rehabilitation, and Men's Pelvic Health. Specialty certification is welcomed but not required, and the company is committed to supporting therapists pursuing advanced education and certification in pelvic health.

Requirements

  • Current Wyoming Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
  • Passion for helping patients achieve their goals
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional excellence
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Nice To Haves

  • Pelvic Health experience or certification is highly desirable but not required
  • Therapists interested in developing a Pelvic Health specialty are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions
  • Provide orthopedic and, where applicable, pelvic health evaluations and treatment
  • Educate patients and families to maximize recovery and long-term wellness
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare providers
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
  • Help patients return to the activities they love while achieving measurable outcomes
