About The Position

BreakThrough is redefining PT by employing highly-specialized physical therapists, offering industry-leading continuing education, and boasting one of the highest concentrations of board-certified clinicians in the area. This role specifically seeks to bring pelvic health expertise to a clinic that already values it. The Wake Forest team has established pelvic health experience alongside orthopedics, vestibular rehab, dry needling, and spine care services, making pelvic health a genuine part of their practice rather than a specialty squeezed into a general caseload. The position offers real autonomy for the clinician, with no need to justify caseloads or educate the team on the demand for pelvic health care, as this understanding is already present. Clinicians will have the independence to practice at the top of their license, supported by advanced continuing education through Evidence In Motion (EIM) to further sharpen their expertise. The role is located in Wake Forest, a growing town with small-town charm and a historic downtown, minutes from Raleigh, offering a family-friendly pace and community roots with big-market access.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT), or eligible for NC licensure
• Demonstrated clinical experience in pelvic health physical therapy required
• CPR and First Aid Certification required

• Provide specialized physical therapy services in pelvic health.
