About The Position

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients. You’ll assess, plan, and implement developmentally appropriate interventions that support each child’s functional independence and quality of life. This is a part-time position with fewer than 24 visits per week, offering daytime and after-school schedules. The role involves providing high-quality, in-home care to individuals and families, partnering closely with clinicians, caregivers, and operational teams to ensure patients receive timely, personalized support. Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.

Nice To Haves

Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
