About The Position

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home therapy to pediatric clients (ages 0–18) in the Denver/Aurora, Colorado area. The role involves working closely with families to help children reach functional milestones in mobility, strength, balance, and independence within their home environment. Requirements

A doctoral degree in physical therapy (PT)
Physical Therapist (PT) License in the state of Colorado
Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
Valid driver's license and auto insurance

Nice To Haves

A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in physical therapy is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy that supports developmental milestones and functional mobility
Educate and support families with home exercise programs and adaptive techniques
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with home health regulations
