About The Position

Aveanna Healthcare, which has joined forces with Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, is a leading national provider of home health services to medically fragile children and adults. They are looking for a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join their pediatric outpatient clinic in South Houston, TX. The role involves providing industry-leading pediatric therapy to kids of all ages in an outpatient setting, with a 1:1 therapist-to-patient ratio. The company's mission is to revolutionize homecare delivery, one patient at a time.

Requirements

• Meets the qualifications as established by APTA or other professional organization.
• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the current state of practice.
• Must be willing to work in home settings.
• Valid, unexpired Driver’s License and automotive insurance.
• Experienced in pediatric rehabilitative services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric therapy to children of all ages in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Work in a 1:1 therapist-to-patient ratio.
• Potentially work in home settings as required.
• Participate in mentor programs and award/recognition programs.
