Its network spans Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts, with 128 physicians, more than 1,100 employees, and 28 locations. The Physical Therapy Team is a collaborative group with specialties including orthopedics, sports, women's health, geriatric care, and McKenzie-certified clinicians. The team uses a patient-centered approach and offers extended one-on-one sessions. Treatment approaches include BFR, dry needling, myofascial release, Rock and McConnell taping, and mechanical traction. Team members collaborate with physicians, participate in monthly journal clubs, and have access to continuing education, including a complimentary Medbridge account. They may also participate in paid community marketing events and contribute to physical therapy education and mentorship. New graduates can receive mentorship through regular meetings with experienced clinicians. The Physical Therapist provides high-quality therapy through patient evaluations and treatment, complying with state laws, professional ethics, and organizational policies. The role designs and adapts therapeutic interventions; maintains complete clinical and billing documentation; supports patient safety and clinic operations; keeps skills current through professional development; and contributes to in-service education and a clean, well-maintained work environment. The position is part-time.
