About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team for home health visits in Martin County. This role offers a flexible schedule and competitive pay. You will be responsible for completing in-home physical therapy evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, balance, and function, educating patients and caregivers, coordinating care with physicians and clinicians, and maintaining clinical documentation.
Requirements
- Active Florida PT License
- Strong assessment and treatment skills
- Ability to work independently
