About The Position

At FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in West Fort Myers, you’ll join a team focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a supportive outpatient environment. This role is designed for a Physical Therapist who values strong patient relationships, clinical growth, and the time to provide truly effective treatment. Requirements

Active (or eligible) Florida Physical Therapist license
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on treatment skills
Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities
Team-oriented, patient-first mindset

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
Deliver hands-on, evidence-based physical therapy interventions
Educate patients on recovery, mobility, and injury prevention
Track progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
