About The Position
Functional Pathways is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for Saint Simeons Episcopal Home in Tulsa, OK. Saint Simeon’s Senior Community is a 50-acre senior residence in the Osage Hills of Tulsa, offering a safe and peaceful retreat with walking paths, courtyards, and Eckel Park. The therapy team at Saint Simeon's is dedicated to enhancing residents' well-being through compassionate care and rehabilitation services. Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
- Active state license required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, and clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines
- Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure
Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician
