About The Position

Luna partners with organizations like Emory Health, Powerback, HopCo, Providence, Evergreen, Scripps, UCLA, and AARP to deliver exceptional healthcare. We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide outpatient therapy services in patients’ homes, offering flexibility, autonomy, and 1:1 patient care. This is outpatient therapy, not traditional home health.
Requirements
- State-specific PT license
- Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
- Liability insurance
- CPR/BLS certification
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient therapy services in patients’ homes.
- Deliver 1:1 patient care.
- Document in minutes via phone call.
- Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app.
- Provide therapy within a 30-minute drive using geofencing technology to match patients based on specialty and location.
