Requirements
- Prior home health experience
- Current PT license
- A reliable vehicle
- An excellent driving record
- Auto insurance
- An active PT license in WA State
- A reliable car with current insurance coverage and a current driver's license
- Experience working in a Medicare certified Home Health agency
- Organized and self-starting to manage caseload/scheduling independently
Responsibilities
- Assessing and evaluating therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status
- Directing physical therapy treatment
- Providing crucial instruction to patients and their families on the use of therapeutic appliances
