Requirements

• Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Passion for patient-centered care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based, hands-on physical therapy treatment
• Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, mobility, and wellness
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation using AI-assisted technology
• Help patients achieve exceptional outcomes while building lasting relationships
