In-House Therapy Services: Provide hands-on therapy in a well-equipped rehab facility, supported by 4 PTs, 1 OT, and additional PTAs and OTAs. Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Active, unencumbered or ability to obtain Physical Therapist license in the State of Alabama.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of physical therapy processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Orthopedic physical therapy experience is preferred, though recent graduates with a passion for rehabilitation are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations to gather data and create tailored treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on physical therapy to improve strength, mobility, and function, adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients on exercises, home therapy regimens, and the use of assistive devices to facilitate recovery.
• Work closely with surgeons, PTAs, OTAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless, effective care plan.
• Accurately document patient progress, treatment plans, and notes, adhering to clinic policies and standards.
