About The Position

As an outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of varying ages and diagnoses, depending on each clinic's specialty. Our treatment sessions are individualized, allowing a patient-centered focus and approach. Requirements

  • License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state (NJ).
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Responsibilities

  • Work with patients of varying ages and diagnoses, depending on each clinic's specialty.
  • Provide individualized, patient-centered treatment sessions.
  • Collaborate with teammates and participate in mentorship opportunities.
  • Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time.
  • Deliver best-in-class care and achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Engage in continuous learning through partnerships with leaders like Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) and educational partners.
