About The Position

Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in the applicable state.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, vestibular, and sports-related conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and patient goals.
- Provide evidence-based treatment interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education.
- Build strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Raintree EMR.
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team while contributing to a positive and engaging clinic culture.
