About The Position

InHome Therapy (IHT) is seeking multiple full-time licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide home care for adult and geriatric patients across Chicago. Requirements

• Active Illinois Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation for local patient visits
• Basic comfort with technology including email, texting, and EMR systems (training provided)

• Help patients remain safe and independent in their homes.
