InHome Therapy (IHT) is seeking multiple full-time licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide home care for adult and geriatric patients across the city. Requirements
- Active Illinois Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation for local patient visits
- Basic comfort with technology including email, texting, and EMR systems (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Provide home care for adult and geriatric patients across the city.
- Help patients remain safe and independent in their homes.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and become a trusted part of the community.

- Estimated annual salary of $94,000-$116,000 per year (based on pay per visit model)
