About The Position
Peak Physical Therapy & Sport Rehab is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist (PT) to help patients move better and grow professionally. This is a physical therapist-owned outpatient practice with a new treatment model and vision focused on supporting both patients and clinicians. The clinic operates on a 1:1, 40-minute treatment model and offers a significant bonus structure for patients seen over 46 visits per week. Mentorship, collaboration, and professional growth are highly encouraged, and the clinics consistently rank in the top tier nationally for patient outcomes. Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Montana
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current CPR certification

Responsibilities
- Evaluating patients and creating individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Providing interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities
- Educating patients and families on exercises, recovery, and injury prevention
- Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress
- Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintaining clear documentation in line with HIPAA and state/federal rules using state-of-the-art AI technology
