Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
- Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist.
- Having your own equipment including smart devices and blood pressure monitor.
Nice To Haves
- Experienced Therapists especially Hospice patients
Responsibilities
- Evaluates and treats hospice patients in a Home Setting
- Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professions
- Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
