The Bastrop location is offering a $15,000 sign-on bonus. The stated annual salary range is $80,000–$99,000.

Requirements

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist, or eligibility for licensure under the rules and regulations of the state where applying.
