Enjoy the variety of a split-position opportunity providing therapy services at both Bethel Homes and our nearby Eden Meadows community in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Together, these welcoming senior living communities offer a full continuum of care, including assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation, and physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. As part of a compassionate interdisciplinary team, you'll help residents maximize their independence and quality of life while working in warm, person-centered environments with access to modern rehabilitation resources. Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
