For more than 40 years, we’ve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid PT license required
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred
- Experience in treating neurologically related physical disorders in community based settings is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Review patient medical histories and diagnose conditions through observation and patient discussions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear goals
- Utilize exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to manage pain and improve mobility
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and family members about the recovery process and provide ongoing training and support for discharge planning
