About The Position
Easterseals Crossroads is seeking a skilled and well-organized Physical Therapist to provide student-focused services in school-based settings. Current contract needs are approximately 4–6 hours of service per month. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat students; develop individualized treatment programs; maintain appropriate records; and communicate with teachers, parents, and members of each student’s support team about progress.
