About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist - Outpatient for a 13-week travel assignment in Colebrook, NH. This position involves evaluating patients’ mobility, strength, and physical function, developing individualized treatment plans to improve movement and reduce pain, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques, using hands-on therapy and specialized equipment to support recovery, monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed, educating patients on injury prevention and long-term mobility strategies, documenting treatment outcomes and patient progress, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years current Physical Therapy experience
Outpatient experience
New Hampshire License required/Compact Allowed
Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment
Effective team skills including interaction, support, and respect are required.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
Must be able to work independently/hit the ground running
Able to adapt to stressful situations quickly and effectively
Ability to learn and apply basic computer skills including locating and opening documents, completing forms, opening and sending e-mail messages.
