About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist - Outpatient for a 13-week travel assignment in Colebrook, NH. This position involves evaluating patients’ mobility, strength, and physical function, developing individualized treatment plans, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, using hands-on therapy and specialized equipment, monitoring patient progress, educating patients on injury prevention, documenting treatment outcomes, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum 2 years current Physical Therapy experience
  • Must have Outpatient experience
  • New Hampshire License required/Compact Allowed
  • Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment
  • Effective team skills including interaction, support, and respect are required.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
  • Must be able to work independently/hit the ground running
  • Able to adapt to stressful situations quickly and effectively
  • Ability to learn and apply basic computer skills including locating and opening documents, completing forms, opening and sending e-mail messages.
  • Drug screen and background check (facility required)
  • Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned

  • Inpatient experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating patients’ mobility, strength, and physical function
