Requirements
- Active New York State Physical Therapist license required.
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and mobility rehabilitation.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe mobility.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
