About The Position
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Kansas City, MO. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new clinic from the beginning, helping establish patient relationships, contribute to a positive clinic culture, and grow alongside a nationally recognized outpatient therapy organization. At FYZICAL, we combine evidence-based physical therapy with innovative balance, vestibular, orthopedic, and wellness services to help patients achieve exceptional outcomes and improve their quality of life.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality patient care
- Self-motivated and eager to grow professionally
Nice To Haves
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular rehabilitation, balance therapy, or pelvic health is a plus
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based care to improve mobility, function, and quality of life
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and injury prevention
- Provide exceptional patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Support a welcoming and positive clinic environment
