About The Position
Human Touch Home Health is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist to provide home health services in Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, Caroline, and King George Counties. This full-time role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients.
Requirements
- Active Virginia Physical Therapist license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete evaluations, treatment plans, reassessments, and discharge planning
- Provide skilled physical therapy services in patients’ homes
- Help patients improve strength, balance, mobility, and independence
- Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Manage your own daily schedule and service area
