About The Position

Sentara is hiring a Physical Therapist for TeleHealth. The therapist assesses, plans, organizes, and participates in rehabilitative programs to improve functional mobility, relieve pain, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. The role provides age-appropriate education to clients and caregivers and supervises and assumes responsibility for care provided by identified team members. Applicants must reside in Virginia, North Carolina, Indiana, Nevada, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.

Requirements

Minimum bachelor's degree or higher.
Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Must reside in Virginia, North Carolina, Indiana, Nevada, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs.
Help improve functional mobility and relieve pain.
Help improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury.
Provide age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers.
Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.
