Hemphill Care Center is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join its in-house therapy team in East Texas. This role is within a skilled nursing and long-term care setting, focusing on providing high-quality care to geriatric and adult residents and patients. The patient population is diverse, including orthopedic and neurological cases, with programming in functional maintenance, sensory integration, gait, and mobility, all within a patient-centered therapy approach. Vital Therapy supports over 50 in-house therapy teams across Texas, emphasizing leadership development, patient well-being, and a commitment to quality care.

Responsibilities
