Cibolo Creek Health & Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to join their dedicated in-house therapy team. The role involves providing care to patients and residents with a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions, with opportunities to develop programs in balance, wound care, and skilled maintenance. The facility offers ongoing training, career development, and is building an outpatient program. VaporOx training is available. Vital Therapy, the network of facilities, emphasizes in-house therapy, patient joy, leader development, and quality of care.
