About The Position

Park Nicollet is hiring a Physical Therapist to join its rehabilitation team and contribute to the care and experience of pediatric patients and their families. The position provides direct patient care to pediatrics and uses a variety of physical therapy techniques to help individuals achieve maximum functional ability, independence, participation, and freedom from pain. Performs related duties as assigned.

The work schedule is 0.70 FTE, Monday through Friday, with an occasional Saturday shift.

Requirements

• Doctorate, master’s, or bachelor’s degree in physical therapy.
• Licensed with the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a medical setting.
• Membership in a related professional organization.
• Proficiency with communication and data processing equipment.
• Proficiency with clinical equipment related to the area of expertise.
• Proficiency with the organization’s electronic medical record software.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients.
• Use physical therapy techniques to restore patients to maximum functional ability, independence, participation, and freedom from pain.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
