Seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) in Dumas, TX. This is an Outpatient Clinic setting with great pay, full benefits, and a supportive team. New grads are welcome. The facility is a respected Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic in Dumas, known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You'll have the tools and support you need to succeed—whether you're a new grad or seasoned PT.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current TX License (or eligible to obtain)
- New grads and experienced PTs welcome!
- Strong communication and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Document patient progress using EMR systems
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
