About The Position

Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Physical Therapist to join our wound team! This .80 FTE position is in a busy Physical Therapy wound clinic, providing evidence-based wound care to both outpatient and inpatients at Methodist Hospital. Previous experience or exposure to wound care is preferred, with additional training/mentoring provided as needed. The position includes a weekend rotation as well as one holiday per year. There is a potential option to expand to a full-time position in the near future. The role provides direct patient care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations, with pediatric care required for some specialty positions. This position uses a variety of physical therapy techniques to restore individuals to maximum functional ability, independence, participation, and freedom from pain. Related duties are performed as assigned.

Requirements

Doctorate, master’s, or bachelor’s degree in physical therapy
Licensed with the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy

Nice To Haves

Experience as a Physical Therapist preferably in a medical setting.
Membership in related professional organization.
Proficient with communication and data processing equipment.
Proficient in clinical equipment related to area of expertise.
Proficient in organization electronic medical record software.
