Physical Therapist - (PT) -Outpatient Private Practice
About The Position
Freedom Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join their outpatient private practice. This role operates within a 45-minute, 1:1 care model, allowing therapists to provide thoughtful, individualized care with clinical depth. The clinic emphasizes excellent patient care, professional ownership, and opportunities for specialty growth and mentorship in areas such as orthopedics, TMJ/craniofacial care, vestibular/balance, dry needling, women's/men's health, chronic pain, sports rehab, golf performance, osteoporosis, Parkinson's, hypermobile/EDS care, spinal conditions, and more. The team includes experienced PTs and OTs who collaborate across disciplines. This is not a high-volume clinic; it is a fit for a PT who desires meaningful treatment time and contributes to both patient outcomes and practice growth.
Requirements
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist in Wisconsin
- New grads and experienced PTs are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Deliver therapist-led care through manual therapy, exercise, patient education, and functional progression
- Build individualized plans of care that support meaningful outcomes
- Collaborate with experienced clinicians across specialties
- Develop or deepen a clinical niche over time
- Participate in patient engagement, relationship-building, and community outreach efforts
- Maintain timely documentation and contribute to an accountable clinic culture
