Requirements

Graduate of accredited therapy program (required)
Current and active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey (required)
2+ years of experience in a similar role or setting (required)
Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test.
Applicants may be subject to a background check.
Employees in this position must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position.

Responsibilities

Oversee rehabilitation services to ensure high quality of resident care
Assign cases and tasks to staff
Ensure proper care delivery by guiding assessments and matching services to client needs
Monitor program quality and outcomes
Maintain clean and safe work environment
Complies with professional, ethical, and legal standards.
